1. Booking & Reservation Confirmation

Bookings made through website forms or WhatsApp are confirmed upon mutual agreement of route itinerary, vehicle class (Black Ertiga, White WagonR, 20-Seater Tempo, or 26-Seater Tempo), and total estimated quotation. A confirmation slip is issued with driver and vehicle number.

2. Outstation Billing Rules

• Minimum Daily Mileage: Outstation journeys are subject to a minimum billing of 300 km per calendar day for MPVs/Tempo Travellers, and 250 km for hatchbacks.
• Kilometer & Time Count: Mileage and duty hours begin from and end at our dispatch garage in Guhagar / Ratnagiri / Pune / Mumbai unless fixed point-to-point package pricing is booked.
• Tolls & Parking: All fastag tolls, state border taxes, and municipal parking fees are payable at actuals by the passenger or settled at trip conclusion against authentic receipts.
• Driver Allowance (DA): Standard driver day/night allowance covers lodging and meals and is billed per calendar date as indicated in your quote.

3. Passenger Code of Conduct

Smoking, consumption of alcohol, or illegal substances is strictly forbidden inside all vehicles. Passengers must adhere to luggage weight limits corresponding to vehicle design for safe highway operation across mountain ghats.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellations made 24 hours prior to scheduled departure incur zero penalty. If cancelled within 6 hours of pickup, a nominal dispatch mobilization fee of ₹500 may apply.

5. Unforeseen Events & Force Majeure

Swami Tours & Travels is not liable for journey delays resulting from extreme weather (heavy monsoon landslides, fog), road blockages, state bandhs, or national highway closures beyond reasonable mechanical control. In the rare event of mechanical failure, an equivalent replacement vehicle is arranged promptly.
